Spirit Hunter is only ever getting used for Flameberge summon whatever or Kaiju into advantage in fun decks
You can turbo any Spirit Barrier
If only there was a “the remaining cards” format
Wake Cup = Mimighoul support/ Ghostrick support
Star ham = Ancient FD support/ yummy support.
Thunder Swamp = Odion/apophis support And Argostars Support.
Spirit hunter = supports alot of decks
Spirit Hunter = snake
Shipment error = niche Ash Blossom
There Is one issue with spirit hunter,
It says your opp “can, special summon, so they can just choose not to special summon, and Ur effect is wasted.
Crystal beasts.
free agent cards are so creative and entertaining it’s a shame only 1 out of a 100 of them are remotely playable
Shipping Error should have been a handtrap.
Absolutely not.
Yeah let me add that effect veiler you just search to my hand.
@kum it doesn’t work like that.
Since the effect BECAME “Your opponent takes 1 card from their Deck for you to add to your hand” that means that your opponent card effect become that. Basically you are “your opponent” since it’s your opponent card effect that changed, not yours.
That means that if you activate the card, you pick a card from your deck and give it to your opponent hand.
It’s similar to silent wobby
Huh. Didn’t expect the duel spirit hunter of all people to get a card version, wow.
I want Scar Knight to become real so bad.
And this is relevant to which part of the article Justin Jones/Joshua Seed/Venom?
same bro same years been waiting for it
is it weird if the backrow just made me think of Sacred Beasts
That was my first thought with the Swamp card.
Spirit Hunter helps with Hamon, especially with Crystal Beasts
Giese Hunt got a cameo before gta6. You know it’s the last batch when that ugly goblin shows up.
Cowards. THE must be in all caps
Interesting how Spirit Hunter references GX Season 3, presumably a tie in to the GX remaster, when the corresponding Slifer Red pack only covers season 1.
So basically any Spirit Barrier Turbo? Nice… like if Simorgh summoning Wind wasn’t enough
Wake up mocha a.k.a. the long awaited tindangle support, rare konami W
Star Ham = Fabled Support
Spirit Hunter = Crystal Beast Support
Shipment Error = cheaper Version of Ash blossom
Sudden Thunderous Swamp For Argo Star and Odion Deck
WAKE CUP! Mocha = Support for any flip based archetype Tindangle & Tarot Princess etc
Thunderous Swamp is pretty rough. Odion already needs as much backrow space as it can get.
Can someone confirm that Wake up! Mocha can be used with monsters your opponents controls? Then it can be used with mimighouls, no?
It says on the field, not your field. So as long as this text is correct you are free to use it for any mimighould shenanigans you want.
just a shame it doesn’t really do anything interesting for mimighoul beyond flipping a mimic up
Yep
You can use it to guarantee jars or other flip mons go off (if they go to opp’s field, you use this to flip em. Otherwise, you use the subterror link 2 and flip them with ripple bird.)
@petsinwinter nah, it does a lot, actually. This card is VERY good for mimighoul (wish it was lvl 1 tho)
Yes, it works with mimighoul too.
Targets Any monster face down on field.
Spirit Hunter for contact fusion of Gate Guardians & A-Z Monsters
You know what? Even though i like to experiment with both of those decks i didnt realize that this card would be usable for them. Thank you for your creativity xD
Where are the other Trapper cards?
People may not realize, but the hamster allows for some really broken plays in Yummy, and lookin gat its second effect it might even be intended for that.
Hamster easily allows you to go into any level 5 synchro if you use it together with one of the Yummy synchros… and which synchro monster is level 5 and known to support synchro spam decks really well? Correct, hyper librarian.
In other words, we now have a easy to summon synchro (1 of their synchros + 1 of their small ones which you can summon from the hand) which emediately becomes librarian, which also reborns itself at the cost of 2 cards (which you will draw from synchro spamming), which then can be used to bring out the link 1, or when combined with another of the yummy synchros, can become a different level 5
Frankly, it’s surprising they chose to reveal the Link-2 for the DBJH support instead of THE Star Ham. this thing is way bigger for the deck
lmao I “wonder” what kind of recent events inspired the creation of a card called Shipping Error [Shipment Error]
Each series introduced new card types (illusion, cyberse, etc.) or summon mechanics (link pendulum, etc.). What does series 13 introduce?
*Link, pendulum
I read the hamster card’s name as “The☆Ham!” because of that one Rush Duel series of cards lol
This is wild. Mimighouls are looking very broken now, especially with yummys and this new synchro and level 3.
Wild stuff
Is it just me or did anyone else read “THE Star Ham” in Frank Reynold’s voice?
The HAMstar is great, love the dude.
Wake Cup sounds like an archetype name. I wonder if they’ll have black (coffee) or cappuccino in the next set. Maybe energy (drink) or espresso for a stronger effect.
To think we get an anime themed card based on a character before we actually get their cards released in the cg.
