[EU] The Local Legend Duelist Series Returns

After fan feedback, KONAMI’s European teams have refined the Local Legend Duelist Series for 2016!

Like last year, the series will permit anyone to participate in various qualifying events, where players may earn the right to compete at later invitational tournaments.
