The only way this sees play is as an instant fusion target in flip decks that have the extra deck space to play one copy to grab any of their flip monsters from the deck
(Or if they conveniently make a new archetype of beast flip monsters that also have a way of easily fusion summoning)
Not like this is gonna be the thing to push Shaddolls to meta relevancy, but it looks like it would slot into a Shaddoll deck nicely

Could be useful as an aditional resort in Prediction Princess, Worms and a couple more things, I guess.
Not a card I have any use for, but I really like the artwork for it.
Chimera Branded can make this pretty easily, then set a garnet Pot of the Forbidden from the deck. You could also set a Shaddoll to get material for a Winda play.
This confirms that the remaining anime theme is not Synchro related (big surprise considering White Aura), so this does eliminate a few contenders from the speculation block. I like the references to both Hayato and Jim Crocodile Cook in this monster and it being a direct callback to Master of Oz.
May seem some niche play in Decks like Shaddoll and Subterror, though the materials do hurt and you have to set up more.
