I don’t think Underworld Goddess could negate it, since it would return her first before reviving. And if you revive moon, and have a spare monster, you could just tribute 2 more of your opp monsters to summon it again
She can negate it, conjunctions don’t matter, it’s still an effect which special summons from the GY.

No, this should be yet another free agent that is lore-related, but doesnt belong to any of the archetypes. All core sets since DUNE have had one such card

I love how versatile this is. Can be used as an anti-link card, or to push for OTKs by using it on your own Links.
This card is really useful in Sky Striker and Rikka Decks.
