Is this the first fusion in rush that can be made using another fusion monster as material?

It would be more as in the First Fusion in Rush that NEEDS another Fusion Monster as Material.
Add back a spell is quite nice. Plenty of lovely spell recovery these days.

I was a bit concerned Charm and Ultima Witches were too difficult to summon, but the new Cat Witch does an excellent job with them both.
Ultima is an interesting take on DMOC and Enlightenment Paladin from the original format.
A little funny that Straynge Cat Witch has nothing to do with the original Straynge Cat strategy, but is more focused on giving Sevens Road Witch its own identity as a Deck.
Likewise, I feel that Sevens Road Witch will need more to be its own Deck that differentiates itself from Sevens Road Magician (as well as a new version of Sevens Wonder Fusion)
Sevens Road Ultima Witch was difficult to bring to the Field, but, if you succeed, you will be able to access any Legend Spell Card you have in your GY, giving a twist to the Duel. At the same time, although it limits you to activate 1 Normal Spell Card until the end of the turn, that doesn’t mean you can’t activate Equip Spells during your turn.
Good point about the equips, didn’t even take that into consideration. But that restriction still isn’t much since you just use your spells before dropping this girl down
Also Field Spells, albeit the options in this case would most likely be limited to Darkness Lode as most Field Spells are Attribute and/or Type specific in this format.
As for Equips, the only ones that apply here would be Grace Spear and to a lesser extent Arthenée.
Really the boost comes in for Normal Spells, as Dark Solitaire loves those especially Legend/Limited ones.
