My guess? all of the various Labrynth monsters are just puppets controlled by the Labrynth Labyrinth itself, with Lady Labrynth/Lovely Labrynth being its main avatar
Still waiting for the lady knight from the various artworks to make its appearance as a monster (as well as the girl with the scissors from Big Welcome Labrynth)
Also, this seems consistent with the design of the other Labrynth servants. They all have a crack on their face, implying they may be made of a brittle material. A curse, perhaps?

It’s confirmed in the side materials that all the Labrynth denizens are made by lovely, including Ariane, Arianna, and Arias. They’re all made from marble.
