Note: This card is a remake of “Wretched Ghost of the Attic”. Uramon by itself is nothing in particular, but appears to be a truncation of 屋根裏の物の怪 Yaneura no Mononoke, which its localized name is a more flavorful version of this. Uramon itself in Katakana means nothing, but it might be referencing 裏門 (A back door/gate) or 裏紋 (an unofficial crest or coat of arms). You go figure how that might mean anything.
Go flip a multi-sided coin on how the TCG will localize this.

What if Uramon was originally also referencing the old practice of recolours as a whole? Ura meaning reverse or other, and Mon as in (duel) monster?
The original Normal Monster did not contain “uramon” in its name, if that’s what you’re saying.
If you mean for the new Momento name, I think you’re right and they’re literally calling it ‘Momento Palette Swap’
