Speaking as the person far more likely to be on the receiving end of this than the activating one, boy am I glad this thing targets; I could easily see them making it NOT, so that they’ve shown that bit of restraint is nice.
A part of me suspects they borrowed the sense of restraint of whoever wrote up the new Solemn, and had yet to return it by the time that card was finalized.
I love how you can easily tell noobs apart by them thinking the new solemn is some earthshaking broken card

As with other Dominus cards – the lock only happens if it’s activated from hand and with how much this one is locking out I just don’t see it not being set.
The effect is pretty good and the “disadvantage” that happens if there’s no other trap in GY is not that big of a deal. I don’t think that it will see play everywhere but an as an one-off in decks focusing on traps will be played.
I’d turn evil too if all the heroines were H-cups and I barely reached an A-cup

Good Removal piece, it will be played more than the others cuz is the Light and Dark one. Besides the drawback cam be easily removed if you wait till the opp has no cards in their hand or until has a monster that can’t be special summoned OR a handtrap
I get plenty of Decks run LIGHT and/or DARK, but honestly being locked out of four Attributes I expected so much better.
