A brief addendum about Speed Duels has been released at the official website. Make sure to read it completely to understand a few details that fell outside of the global tournament policy.
This addendum covers the use of Skill Cards, Deck construction, and opens possibilities for some minor tweaks to Speed Duel tournaments in future occasions.
As explained in the policies, this is written on top of the existing Tournament Policies, which you should definitely check as well.
