It’s funny that this Spell Card is more closely tied to the Rush’s Monarch support that came before the Structure.
Either way, it’s fair to say that Rush’s Monarch benefits more from several of the Free Agents in the Pack.
Unfortunately this doesn’t recover the third Vassal or Tribute Kaiser
