While it can be said to be quite useful, Harpie’s Feather Duster has some strong competition in the Legend Spell department.
weirdly enough, i think trunade is still the better backrow hate legend spell.
simply because reducing the opps draw next turn to just 2 cards is extremely vital resource denial. not to mention it lets you bounce your stuff back after you’ve ideally drawn 5, so the utility counterbalances not fully getting rid of the opps backrow with HFD.

There’s an argument to be made for Lightning Vortex being better anyway. Hand disadvantage isn’t as bad in Rush because it means you draw more cards next turn, plus it sets your GY up.
For now, time will tell if this will be able to compete against Graceful Charity and Dark Hole, but at least Decks that are running Heavy Storm may opt for Duster instead.
