Off we go on an adventure! Even if we don’t know the name of it…

Strategic Summary:
Welcome to today’s profile, this time taking the new Adventurer cards that were released to support the pure Adventurer playstyle, and channeling them to bring this theme to their intended heights! The Adventurer theme is no stranger to the meta, relying on Rite of Aramesir to summon an Adventurer Token and place a Fateful Adventure on your board. While Water Enchantress of the Temple has always existed to improve access to the Adventurer Token itself, the pure version of the deck was always limited by that… until now! The brand new Continuous Spell, Arametir, the Forbidden Spell (YGOrg Translation), gives you two additional ways to generate Adventurer Tokens. The first is through sending a card from the hand to the GY, much like Fateful Adventure, and the second effect is whenever any monster is destroyed. What’s unique is that this can summon tokens to either board, giving you a monster to run over if you need one.
Moving along to the second new card, that’s Sacred Spirit Vessel Thesea (YGOrg Translation). Thesea can summon itself from the hand while you control an Adventurer Token, much like the other monsters; however, it also can reveal any card that mentions an Adventurer Token in your hand to tutor a non-Normal Spell that mentions it. This includes the new Arametir, but also the Equip Spells and the Field Spells as well. In other words, this just gives the deck even more innate consistency, giving you a solid level of performance. To increase the ceiling of the deck, I’m relying on Dunnel, the Noble Arms of Light to give a monster beefier ATK points, Fists of the Unrivaled Tenyi to provide control/disruptive elements, and lastly Immortal Phoenix Gearfried to give the deck a bit of both. All of these are things that the normal Adventurer monsters also contribute, but just giving that bit of extra oomph the deck needs to overcome adversaries. While this may never be the optimal way to utilize this archetype in the meta, why don’t you take a pure build for a spin – it’s sure to be a Fateful Adventure!
