You can activate this card the turn it was Set by revealing 1 of your other Set Traps.
(1) When a Spell/Trap Card is activated: Activate 1 of these effects;
● Pay 1500 LP; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card, and if you do that, for the rest this turn, neither player can activate that card’s effects, as well as cards with the same original name and their effects.
● Pay 3000 LP; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card, then your opponent banishes all cards with its same original name from their hand and Deck.
As a TL note, previous “Solemn” cards like Judgment, Warning, etc. are words that use the kanji for 告げる (inform, announce). Mikkoku (密告) is one of them, with the first kanji here being “secret”. “Mikkoku” refers to some discrete reporting, such as an anonymous tip-off, or also a double-agent reporting back home. “Snitch(ing)” is also a viable translation for the name. We are preferring “Report” primarily for the ambience of the Solemn cards.

Currently assuming she’s tipping him off about the stolen artifacts. Which would make this take place just before Forbidden Scripture.
Those 2 maids are already Dark Lords now (Capricious Darklord and Indulged Darklord), so this must a prequel.

One second before Solemn Scolding. “She did WHAAAAT??!!!”
Pretty good card for decks that already set their backrow from the Deck, like Madolche. Since the opponent already knows about your set Dessert or Promenade, you won’t be giving up any knowledge the opponent didn’t already have.
And having the choice between name-locking their card for the turn or banishing their cards outright is pretty nice. No one cares that much about LP, except for Aroma and Exodia.
Pretty good, but going first if you Set 2 Traps just to stop Imperm or Dominus with this , it will be telegraphed AF. Like MetalHead96GR said , basically a better version of Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell.

This will end up being limited. 10 years ago I made a very similar custom card and people told me it was only balanced because I put a Tribute cost, like that of Horns of Heaven. This one feels a bit cheap for what it does.
