Normal Trap Card
You can only activate 1 card with this card’s name per turn. If only your opponent controls a monster, you can activate this card from your hand.
(1) You cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck until the end of the next turn after this card resolves, except Synchro Monsters, also Special Summon 1 monster from your hand (but its effects are negated), then, if your opponent controls a monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, you can Special Summon 1 “Synchron” monster from your Deck.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY; immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster using monsters you control.

Does the specification of “using monsters you control” prevent you from using Revolution Synchron’s 1st effect.
Nah, I:P can do the same thing when Link Summoning Underworld Goddess. Really the whole “using monsters you control” thing is unnecessary reminder text.
No. Cards like these just specify that you can also use Synchro materials in hand if they are allowed.

Great Over Frame Card. Being able to summon Black Rose Dragon on the opponent’s turn is a nice bonus.
Black Rose is a when effect so it wouldn’t trigger unfortunately
Because it has the text “Immediately after this effect resolves,” if you were to summon black rose dragon, it does get it’s effect, as the summon was the last thing to happen, not the card effect resolution.
@Some Guy, not necessarily. If the GY effect of Synchro Emergency is Chain Link 1, then the last thing to happen will be BRD’s Synchro Summon, so you would be able to activate its effect. It’s only if you activate this effect as Chain Link 2 or higher that BRD would miss its chance to activate.
Worded perfectly for Stardust Synchro so you can get the on summon search and instantly synchro. Between this and Fidraulis Harmonia, synchron has a very scary HT line-up.
Junk Signal should also help a lot getting the plays to resolve, this starts to look very solid.
I’m just not sure what’s the end goal is apart from a super toxic FTK.

Well, we can Synchro Summon at least, but what cards allow for “turn 0” Fusion, Xyz, and Ritual Summons?
@John Stellarum: Dracotail Faimena, maybe Tearlament Havnis (was). Then we have K9 Izuna into Lupus. As for Ritual, only the new Dogmatika Fleurdelis, but that’s really not the best example, as the opponent need to control an Extra Deck monster first with 2500 or more ATK. And you are running a potential brick. So not the greatest in comparison to Xyz, Synchro (Kewl Tune and this card) or Fusion

Second effect is mistranslated. You don’t need to use monsters you control. Only that you can Synchro Summon a monster, which means you can also use materials in hand (ie Kewl Tunes).
Speaking of the Kewl Tunes can still use materials in hand even if their effects are negated because those are conditions, not effects.
Being able to summon Jet from Deck is really good, combos with Fidraulis, and this is searchable with Genesis.
