You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) If a Machine monster is on the field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand in Defense Position, then you can make this card’s Level become equal to the Level/Rank of 1 Machine monster on the field.
(2) During your Main Phase: You can send 1 EARTH Machine monster from your Deck to the GY, then this card gains ATK equal to the sent monster’s Level x 100 until the end of this turn.

You can only use 1 of the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name per turn, and only once that turn.
(1) If the total Levels of the monsters you control equal 10 or higher: Add to your hand, or Special Summon, 1 Level 10 monster from your hand or Deck.
(2) If the total Levels of the monsters your opponent controls equal 10 or higher: You can banish this card and 1 Level 10 monster from your GY, then target 1 card your opponent controls; banish it.

Note: The card uses “10” references probably because the “cross” is how you write “10” in Japanese: “十”
