      The Monarchs Stormforth enforces the strategy in Rush’s Monarchs is similar to the Master Duel counterparts even more since Lindorm restricts you for Special Summoning monsters from your Extra Deck

      Lindorm’s standard Monarch form also requires you to not have cards in your Extra Deck, but in exchange it has two separate effects, not one (like Estrome) or two related effects (like Wilhel). GY control is nice and the ATK reduction makes up for Monarchs having very weak ATK and minimal removal.

      Stormforth is decent on paper, but as a Legend Spell it has a lot of competition.

      I like Monarchs adapting their no Extra Deck mechanic into Rush but I hope we get more consistent and stronger support to make up for that since every Deck uses their ED now and Monarchs are starting with a deficit for not being able to play theirs.

      I feel like The Monarchs Stormforth could have come without the Legend category and it would have been fine.

      Now, Rush’s Monarch should have an additional card that allows us to recycle The Monarchs Stormforth (if Konami wants to encourage us to use that Spell Card as our Legend Spell in that Deck)
