Why the worst and coolest archetype out of the 3 gets the worst support
All three will be getting support. They just reveal them in order.

Dracotail is the worst, Yummy is toxic. And K9 is the weakest of them all
You can use “Phrixl” to revive “Tail Mulr” to set up your fusions. Which then allow you to set 2 archetype support spell/trap. (Which bypasses “Ash Blossom”.)
I can see “String” working as good disruption. If you set this card with a card like “Phrixl”, you should have a target to get a free draw.
Given that Phrixl appears to be referencing Taurus, the Sting card is obviously Scorpio since the two constellations are polar opposites where as Taurus sets, Scorpio rises and that plays into their association in various ancient astronomy and mythological archetypes.
The next fusion will be between the two.

Phrixl is a pretty good one of. Wish there was an easier way to summon it during the opponent’s turn besides just Pan’s grave effect. Importantly you can add the monster you summon so worst case scenario it can add back one of the dragon and give you more removal. The trap is like fine, you play the other two but i feel like playing 3 traps might be too bricky.
VSK9 is like a deck that feels custom made to counter Dracotail as hard as possible and somehow the deck is still getting results so I’m excited to see how this deck evolves going forward

and the reborn to bounce is actually good for the one that is a quicky during the main phase, its not bad to bounce IT but thats all ? the monster is definitely and will be played
but the trap ? I dont feel it, at best it is played at one …
why did they do this to the deck that is the LEAST played ? Yummy and K9 are dominating …
People say the year of the dragon, the year of earth. This was also supposed to be GX anniversary but their not giving them love. I don’t think knomi thinks about the year stuff.
Do you even remember what the other traps do? One bounces specifically attack position monsters and the other only negates face up spells. This one has very good applications against both Yummy and K9; banishing Lupus and a Rank Up against K9 and Snatchy and a Field Spell against Yummy. And you speak as if having a mediocre effect on the traps are bad when literally every monster in the deck gets it for free, hell there are more monsters than spell/traps in this archetype, so now there’s less redundancy and you can grab one spell for follow up instead of grabbing both due to lack of options.
This year is year of the Snake. OCG has done nothing for that. Only TCG has introduced a reptile Ritual deck and 2 new Apophis cards. I’m still waiting for Venom support and a retrain of Ananta.

I think it is a bad mentality to judge a card based on some application in the current meta. It is useful at best against yummy and k9 in certain scenarios. This meta will pass. And Who cares about the redundancy?
I’d rather have a new Galaxias chapter.
I wonder what the new fusion will look like. Cause it people paid attention to how themes operate these cards were guaranteed. So 1 more fusion at the very least
