Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand… And Eternity in an hour…
RD/KP19-JP054 語り継がれし英雄譚 Katari Tsugareshi Omoite (An Epic Tale of Recollected Memories)
Normal Spell Card
This card is a Legend Card while in the hand or GY.
[REQUIREMENT] If there are 10 or more cards in your Deck, shuffle 2 monsters from your GY into the Deck.
[EFFECT] Send the top 4 cards of your Deck to the GY, then, you can choose up to 1 Legend Monster and up to 1 Legend Trap Card among them and add them to the hand.
Note: 英雄譚 is literally Heroic/Epic Tale, but is force read as “Omoite” which is memories or recollection.

Now that is really strong card even if you’re just running Legend as a side engine. The shuffle 2 is basically nothing unless you bricked hard turn 1 while the Mill is more likely to get cards you actually want in the GY.
Legend is definitely the favourite child of this set but with it being splashable it’s not the worst thing
Legend Deck by itself has the advantage that there are too many good cards focused on LIGHT Attribute in Rush Duels (but as a Deck itself, Legend needs some outside help since many of its cards are “fair” and “balanced”).
This card is quite useful even outside of Legend due to its generic requirement and powerful mill effect. Worst case scenario you just get the mill 4 snd a Spell in the GY to set up Heel Healer or Jamaisvu. Best case you can add the Legend monster and/or Trap of choice (of which several meta decks run at least one). Ancient Gear and Legend both got support in this set so hopefully we can get Metarion support in here too.
Yes, I definitely feel like there will be something for Metarion in this Pack (but I don’t think it’s a big deal either)
Either way, this Spell Card will only have two future destinations: 1) It will be limited by overuse in other Decks. 2) It will only be used in Legend or niche Decks (like what happened with Release Wrath)

Welcome back Machine Inspector.
This card is kind of cracked, I guess this will be filling the empty slot that Cosmo Jest used to occupy.
However, there is one big difference between this Machine Inspector and this Spell Card.
– Machine Inspector also allowed you to send your Opponent’s cards to the GY, usually by removing their Trap Cards from their Deck. At the same time, Machine Inspector did not have a Requirement and always gave you a Draw 1 Card if you sent a Trap Card to the GY.
– This Spell Card has a Requirement that can limit its use in the late game. It does not interact with your Opponent, you do not remove Trap Cards from their Deck and it relies heavily on your Legend Cards to be useful.
In some ways, as someone mentioned, this Spell Card is reminiscent of Release Wrath: it has a part that is generic, but the other is more tied to the Deck it is trying to work best with.
