aerial eater? lmfao they added k rool to yugioh
It’s a fusion retrain of an old vanilla. Air eater, who is, you guessed it, a level 6 fiend.
What absurdity is Konami. A TCG exclusive retrain of a monster that has never been imported to TCG.
yeah ik, smash joke
How does Dipsea’s lock work?
Revive only?
General on the effect?
Fiend-only Extra Deck
hmmm… does being equipped with a union monster count towards Necroquip Princess’s fusion requirements, or is Necroquip Prism still the best card for the “Monster Equipped with a Monster”
Either that or use a quick Relinquished Anima
its a lv6 fiend, which means all you need is 1 light fiend and no other monsters (or summoning Moon of the Closed Heaven) to make Beatrice or Caesar, cutting out the vast majority of the cards from the Fiendsmith engine, in the main deck especially.
easiest way is Borreload equip with a Fiend Link mons
Huh? Aren’t you need 1 monster equipped with monster and 1 fiend card ? Why you guys make it look like she required only 1 card to summon
You only need a monster equipped with a fiend, since it says a Monster equipped AND a fiend monster CARD. Meaning, a fiend that is equipped to another monster counts as the second part. I think chimeratech fortress dragon has similar rulings (although the equipped card needs to be the OG cyber dragon)
My thought process is a yubel deck with a small fiendsmith engine and tacking this to it for that extra bit of versatility. Might have to experiment with these to see how well they work together
Nice.
Bakura would appreciate that new Fusion
Is Dipsea Fiend’s effect the longest sentence in the game?
Dipsea fiend has tons of synergy with Plunder Patrol even the art style is similar. imo.
She can equip me
Aeriel Eater and Necroquip Princess in Fiendsmith Let’s go!
Dyslexics happy with today’s new Despia support
Aerial Eater is amazing! Just what I need to get me to build Summoned Skull deck. Also it’s kinda hilarious that Air Eater got a TCG premiere retrain before actually being imported to the TCG.
Dipsea Fiend feels like it might enable some weird Kaiju builds.
i did not have Fusion Air Eater retrain on my Yugioh Bingo sheet for this year.
Why am I thinking of a deck build involving Necroquip Princess and Dragunity?
Alchemy Beasts when?
Huh. Necroquip says Monster Card for it’s materials, not Monsters. That’s really a pretty noteworthy information.
No more decks just engines.
Is Dipsea Fiend Shaddoll support?
>thumbnail of aerial eater saved as “WhatDoYouDoWhenBeatoAhahaWavsHerLastLaugh.png”
alright neoark it was already pretty obvious w/ eldlich and flying mary but thank you for doing the good work of getting some real culture (i.e. umineko) towards these yugioh players
what price can a letter like this have?
Looks like, a bad fiend support. Especially, the fusion ones, (Necroquip Princess), who is pretty tricky to get her out, need a monster, equip with a monster card, and any fiend monster, not sure it was a contact fusion or not, but it looks like it needs at least 4 cards to get her out, pretty costly for a monster its level. (Lvl 6, 2,000 atk/def).
Aerial Eater is easier to summon, as he needs any fiend monsters with the same attribute, since most fiends are dark types anyway. So, much easier to get him out, at 2,100 atk, 2,600 def and at lvl 6, it’s respectable stats, for a fusion its level.
At Master Duel Meta, it was mixed reviews, but these two would be a funny super polymerization targets, especially given how easy it is to abuse Aerial Eater, and he can revive himself, by banishing 2 fiend monsters with the same attributes, easy to abuse in most fiend decks, if you ask me. Eventhough it is once per turn, but still abuseable.
Agreed!
Necroquip Princess, seems to a worser card of the two, but maybe that’s just me… Not sure what everyone else are thinking though. Certainly not meta worthy anyway.
But, hey! Over 90% of all cards in YGO are not meta anyway
For those confused: Plunder Patroll specifically turns their monsters into equip cards and for Dipsea there’s a whole archetype what gets off on discarding; sending a fiend from deck to grave I only think instantly of Back Jack but I’m sure there’s better tech. Two Fiend archetypes that get off effects being sent from deck… These are good generic supports for many archetypes and strategies.
