I know Arc V may of been a flop but I still think it’s a great series overall. I would give anything for A Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon figure.
Was it a Flop? Idk I think of it fondly. Predator Plants and Starving Venom especially where incredibly cool to me. It’s a shame he didn’t use more fusion monsters. I hope we get the Predaplant stuff in a Anime Ironical or something.
The anime was pretty much roasted at the end due to extremely poor writing.
And the head writer has basically never worked on any other production since.
Arc-Vs first 55 or so episodes are some of the best in all of yugioh imo. The synchro arc and definitely after(xyz/fusion) is where things went downhill.
“Predap” & “fusion dragon” are my favourites too, and I would have loved to see Yuri use more fusion monsters too, I mean he did in the manga but those appirances weren’t to memorable to me, but I do hope that we get some more legacy support from his deck, like a field spell or something. He’ll I wish we could get something like a action figure with lights for starving venom or greedy venom.

I was referring to someone more on the lines of “predaprimal jungle” but based on the carboniferous period, ment to stimulate faster use of predator counters while providing extra support to help with fusion summoning.
The Yuri/Serena clip stands just make me wish they interacted more in the show like the other counterparts. Even Yuto and Ruri got some flashbacks
