“For the angels that provide their divine protection to the Skysavior knight’s order, one of them has the sun on her face (Soleil) and one has the moon on her face (Lua), and in order to make their ying-yang distinction even more explicit, the design of the sun [one] has warm colors and an energetic personality, while the design of the moon [one] has cold colors and a quiet personality. Nowadays, I think it would have been better to make Soleil even more whimsical and flashy to highlight even more the ying-yang distinction in their personalities.”

“These are the upgraded forms that ‘Dunkes the Skysavior Knight of the Bright Heavens’ from the Sky Savior Knight’s Order after receiving the divine protection of Lua and Soleil respectively. Because they are Level 9 Fusion Monsters, their designs accentuate the characteristics of each of them through much heavier equipment.”

TL note: The name of Dunkes is different from its actual card name. This is just a rough translation for the additional kanji.

“This is the evolution tree for Ciela the Skysavior Knight. Ciela is an androgynous-looking man, but by borrowing the power of Soleil, he becomes Solcier, and by borrowing the power of Lua, he becomes Altierra. With either evolution, his manliness increases! Or at least that’s how I designed them: An evolution to a handsome man of light, and an evolution to a handsome man of darkness.”
