      Yo! Was so worried they would make Befuddled Celtic Guardian a Legend. Now any deck can have a pretty solid defense wall against non-piercing Maximums and Fusions. With some decent equips tossed on he could be quite…obnoxious.

        Retrains of older monsters don’t become Legends. They are created so that Decks that need a Legend monster can have alternatives that are treated as such on the field, in the hand or GY.
        Celtic Guardian doesn’t have a theme supporting him in Rush and this stat line is acceptable for Level 4 monsters in this format, so there’s no need to make him a Legend.
