    [EFFECT] Choose 2 monsters in your opponent’s GY and shuffle them back into the Deck, then, you can choose 1 “Gaia the Dragon Champion” or 1 Aqua monster with 2000 DEF in your GY and Special Summon it to your field face-up.

    Note: Currently the only legal target for Aqua monsters with 2000 DEF is “Launcher Catapult Turtle”.

      Man, Battle Pack 2023 Vol.4 was right again about future support.

      Monster Convocation was reprinted in that package and that resulted in maybe support for Rush’s Gaia in the future and… it ended up being true!

      Of the rest of the content that was reprinted:

      – “Dream Drummer” -> We had Psychic support with a new CAN:D.
      – “Meika Etraynzeyes the Shadow Flower Lunatic” -> We had some Shadow Flower support between two packs.
      – “Royal Rebel’s Invasion” -> We had Royal Rebel’s support with a new Spell Card.
      – “Release Wrath” -> We had Reptile support with new Secret Investigator cards.

      That only leaves “Malevolent Catastrophe”, “Card Destruction” and, above all, “Zero Drake” as the only cards that have not had some direct or indirect support.

      The fact that “Zero Drake” was printed there makes me think that this package will have some support for The Lugh’s Deck.

        Battle Packs are sometimes whete old anime cards from major characters get reprinted. They almost don’t mean anything.

        True, but Manya and Bochi dueled last week and we did not get anything for them. We are also waiting for Zaion’s cards despite him having dueled regularly.

      I’m glad Swift Gaia of all things has a canonical Fusion with Curse of Dragon now (yes it uses all 3 Gaia variants but name and Attribute are Swift’s). The effect is a modification of Spiral Spear Strike in the original format.
      Baby Catapult Turtle has some genetic potential to mess with your opponent’s GY while setting up your own, so it may see some experimentation.
      This leaves the question of what slot 047 will be. Mitsuko’s Fusion is out and I doubt it will be Blanc de Noir.
