Weiss is also Snoww, Unlight of Dark World.
Same hair, eyes, jewels on the staff, and the stats are the reverse of Snoww’s.

Grapha stole their doggy, they stole his searcher.
If lightsworn were a competent archtype these would be so busted. Meanwhile ancient gear got a bunch of mediocre support like always
The multi negate is pretty good the problem is the toolbox gameplay style they have needs a true update. Otherwise it will just keep being an engine
These cards are all really good in archetype but Lightsworn will never be meta again.
Desperate Tear players will definitely use this just to mill cards
Lightlord*
They are indeed “Lightroad” based on the Japanese name of “Dragoon of Lightroad” , which refers to “Light road”. Additionally, a road of light refers to the process of sending cards from the top of the deck to the graveyard as well. Now you see the light of truth with these new cards (at least for OCG).
But French names are translated as “Seigneur Lumière”. (Light = Lumière / Seigneur = Lord).
Even this, personally I prefer Lightlord from the beginning (2008, 15 years ago).
Weiss is Snoww in disguise 🙂
yeah, curious on that. Is she a Dark World defector? A double agent? So many questions.
Could just be my inability to read but, do Lightsworn have a gameplan besides put cards in the graveyard and find JD?
They have access to lv8 toolbox and rank 4 toolbox.
Dragoon would’ve been so op in 2010
key of the twilight what a good spot to quote that song
well when lightsworn and there darkness becomes intertwine you get the enlightenment
Minerva, Lightsworn Athena?
Amazing name! Next we’ll have “Bob, Lightsworn Dave”
Lightsworn could’ve been a fast agro deck with the drawback of having a chance of milling out instead of cards that did way too much (at the time) and rewards for lucky mills. In retrospect Golden Castle captured that premise much better. Anyway, overly bloated deck not having the word negate is all the excuse needed for another wave. Also, everything needs a DARK counterpart for some reason.
The positive is that a LV 3 tuner named Minerva grew up into a synchro this time around instead of RK4(???).
The dark counter part comes from theyr lore with dark world. Ryko, Jain, lyla and lumina have been brainwashed by the darkworld and looks like snow infiltrated them.
They are not brainwashed. They use the power of twilight when their normal power is not enough to fave a threat
