TL note: Nächster is German for “next”; while the katakana nekustutea aren’t quite how you’d pronounce the German, it’s close enough that it can be believed to follow the German pattern of the other Cybers thus far.
It’s a monster that Konami and Shueisha believe will be extremely useful in Cyber Dragon Decks in conjunction with cards from the recent Booster Packs.
