Is that Card Blocker. The monster Judai used against Asuka in Season 2.
It’s related to Card Blocker, Armor Breaker and Spell Striker. All three were used by Jaden. I guess this is why this card supports Normal and Fusion warriors, it’s supposed to fit into E-Hero deck.

Yes, there are several cards now as of the latest side set where they specifically mention Spells/Traps in the Extra Deck. Most certainly future proofing for an unknown mechanic, much like how Vanishing Heliacal Riser hinted at Equip Spells.
