Interesting card.
Necromaid is definitely eating well: it feels like a competent and complete Deck (only needing to reveal Necromaid Doctor to finish the Package)
That said, Konami seems to be employing the “Dark Revelation/Anti-Level 6” tactic, creating cards that counter Ritual Summons (and we haven’t even touched on powerful Ritual Monsters or Ritual Spell Cards with strong additional Effects yet)
PS: As another comment mentioned in another Post, don’t forget to add the “Rush Duels” tag since this Post and the previous ones don’t have it.
I guess also of note: those monsters would also be unable to be used for Contact Fusion, as well as fusing via “Fusion” (since Fusion requires face-ups).
However, a lot of theme-specific fusion spells (and Polymerization) don’t have the face-up monster restriction. As a rule of thumb: if the fusion spell can ONLY use materials from the field, then they likely have to be face-up. If the materials come from multiple zones, the field Fusion materials do not have to be face-up.
*Sigh* Ignore my comment above. Misread the trap and thought it flipped the monsters face-down.
no they would this changes them to face up defense position
mb correction hadnt loaded
