“Heavy Slump” Deck Commentary
A “Heavy Slump” Deck that makes use of cards from “Collection Pack: Duelist of Revolution”,
Increase the size of your opponent’s hand using the effects of cards like “Gold Moo Coin”, “Trickstar Bloom”, “Two-for-One Team” and “Fortune Fairy Chee”, then activate “Heavy Slump”.
Also, if “Trickstar Lycoris” is on the field, you can activate its 2nd effect to inflict damage.
As well, after resolving the effect of “Heavy Slump”, you can activate “Droll & Lock Bird” and prevent further cards from being added to your opponent’s Duel, heavily tilting the Duel in your favor.

[Key Points]
If you go first, use “Gold Moon Coin”, “Cup of Ace”, “Two-for-One Team”, or “Trickstar Nightshade” (+ 2 “Trickstar Bloom”), et al to increase your opponent’s hand by 2, and then your opponent’s hand will be the 8 cards you need to activate the key combo of this Deck using “Heavy Slump”.
You can also activate “Heavy Slump” with “Trap Trick”, granting you a wonderful way to ensure your combo can be pulled off as your opponent is about to draw.
Besides the “Heavy Slump” combo, if your opponent draws outside the Draw Phase, activate “Distrubance Strategy” and “Trickstar Reincarnation”, then chain “Droll & Lock Bird” to ensure they don’t draw, while either returning their existing cards to the Deck or banishing them, resulting in a terrifying Deck with various built in combos.
[Advice]
After achieving your combo, you still need to reduce your opponent’s LP to 0, so keep in mind there’s a chance that during the time you try to finish them off, your opponent may be able to draw into the card(s) they need to turn everything around.
This recipe allows you to Link Summon at least 1 powerful Link Monster sing “Scapegoat”, as well as the “Trickstar Candina” + “Trickstar Lycoris” combo, allowing you to potentialy deal massive battle damage to your opponent.
Thus, I think that this Deck manages to take into account how it needs to fight after it manages to pull of its key combo(s).
While this Deck is wonderfully built, let me describe a thorough alternative game plan from here on out, that involves using “Contract with Don Thousand”.
It has the key point of not dwindling your hand since it makes both of you draw, not just the opponent, but beyond that it’s a card of significant clout that players cannot Normal Summon as long as they have Spell Cards in their hand revealed.
This Deck’s Spell Cards are fairly easy to activate one after another, and even if they can’t be activated, you can just Set them to enable your Normal Summons, I think can be used in preparation for your combo.
