I had a suspicion this card would be revealed today.
Charm Witch is numbered as a Yuamu monster despite her having borrowed Yuga’s Deck, seeing as she was the one to summon her in that duel.
Unsurprisingly, Straynge Cat and his Main Deck variants are the only Level 1 EARTH Spellcasters in the game, probably Cat Witch as well seeing as Burst Rex of Awakening is only a few months away,
I wonder if we will have a member of Straynge Cat who can act as a substitute for “Sevens Road Witch” and that way we could use this Fusion Monster in Straynge Cat Deck (in the end, we will get a Fusion Monster with Pierce, something valuable)
normal monster but theres also Furtunate Cat which is the tribbute summoning one that yuga does actually have. he uses it in the duel against dadmu to summon 3 high level monsters in one go.

I’m not the only one who believes that, in the future, we will have a Straynge Cat’s Retrain that serves as support for Sevens Road and that is linked to this Fusion Monster, right?
I mean, having a “Level 1 EARTH Spellcaster Monster” as a Fusion Material, although it sounds good on paper, is quite specific for Spellcaster in Rush Duels.

Rush Duels ruined Yugioh like 76 ruined Fallout. Deal with it!
Rush saved Yu-Gi-Oh! from introducing new awful anime archetypes in core boosters and to revisit existing themes in side packs. It also funnels younger and casual audiences away from the main format.
Lest you want a main series anime of a kid learning how to duel again like early ZEXAL or ARC-V.
Thank you for proving my point. Don’t question Konami’s awful decisions, just continue to buy there products and allow them to ruin this once great franchise.

@N well maybe if Konami and Animation studios weren’t so lazy we could have a new anime that features every previous character from all the animes and allow them to get new support that way. But instead they took the cheap way out and created a new anime with terrible animation and cheap character designs.

I don’t really agree with Justin Jones but @N is insane. He somehow thinks that getting a random bad archetype from the anime is bad, even though most of them will be supported and remembered for years afterwards, and get casual fans into the game which is healthier for the game as a whole. It’s not like it gets rid of pack filler either, without the anime archetypes they just print either a random new, bad archetype that likely won’t get any support, or free agent cards that no one will use outside of a few good engine pieces.
Like it or not Anime Archetypes are a source of good mid-tier level archetypes that casuals play (which sometimes go tier-1/0) and set a good baseline for a way into the game. They also end up helping to take up higher rarities which can prevent some of the rarity fudging the TCG does specifically.

Yeah if only yugioh anime is GOOD. But let’s be real they can’t do that. Just look at vrains and the last part of arc-v.
The game is too inaccessible for casuals, both technically and monetarily. The average anime fan deck is situationally useful at best and has numerous choke points. It is by no means the best way to enter the game. There are dozens of existing anime archetypes that never see competitive play and rarely get any support. I would much rather Konami revisit the existing library instead.
Rush spares us from getting mediocre stuff like Heroics or Dinowrestlers, so that core boosters become a better product overall.
Rush is not going away, no matter how much you complain.

Not sure, but I think they fused the Equip Spell Yuamu used into Charm Witch’s effect.
Actually, Wonder Amulet has the following Effect:
[REQUIREMENT] Equip this card to 1 face-up Spellcaster Type monster on your field.
[EFFECT] The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s card effects. If the equipped monster is the only monster on your field, the equipped Attack Position monster cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s monsters’ attacks.
Sevens Road Charm Witch in the Anime has the same Effect as the Print version: it only gains protection against Effects if Sevens Road Magician is in your GY. The key difference is that Charm Witch in the Anime is a Level 9 and the print version of Charm Witch is a Level 8.
Konami went the Axetion Melody route by insisting a Level 6 Effect and a Level 1 vanilla cannot fuse Level 9. If CW had an extra 100-200 DEF like Melel and Double Ray Dragon does, she could have easily met the Level 9 threshold.

nope and about the level thing above it happens so many times its most likely an animation error and not anything else. it happens a loooot. if you dont believe me go have a look at the final duel of arc v xD. thats the best example
Justin Jones, anime yugioh are all horrible. Even the one that the people say is the best ( the synchro anime) is also very bad. They are just merchaidasing to sell the card game. And Konami dont need merchaidasing for the yugioh tcg anymore. So that why we have Rush Duel anime and we wont probably have another tcg anime. Its not the fault of the people that enjoy Rush Duel.
