[TCG] New “Ninjitsu Art” card in TDIL

This is probably the reason for all the “Ninjitsu Art” reprints in OTS Tournament Pack 2.

So, this card can possibly be an Equip Spell Card, Field Spell Card, or Continuous Spell Card. Make your guesses.
