(1) Target 1 face-up monster you control; that monster is treated as a Tuner this turn. During the turn this effect is activated, only Synchro Monsters you control can declare an attack.
(2) When a card or effect targets only 1 Synchro Monster you control: You can banish this card from the Graveyard; negate that activation.

Note: Tuning and Chewing sound similar in Japanese, so this card’s name is a pun.
