I think I’m convinced that they will reveal a lot of Red-Eyes cards at Jump Festa.
It wouldn’t be the first time this happens with OCG/TCG Decks.
If Jump Festa has Rush news it will likely be kept at a bare minimum. OCG Times has become less relevant when it comes to Rush news than it used to be. Rush isn’t even advertised in OCG Times anymore. Last time (October 2024) there wasn’t anything there. The time before that (July 2024) was only 3 cards and a special live event. The time before that (April 2024) was a single card. And even last Jump Festa, we only got 2 new cards and the GO RUSH Season 3 announcement.
Don’t expect anything big for Rush here. Rush does its own separate reveals now. The Red-Eyes cards will eventually be revealed. It won’t be at Jump Festa. If we get anything at it will be for Galactica of Eternity.
If there’s anything from Rush Duel, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the details of Rituals

Weevil threw Yugi’s wincon from a boat, shoved a card on Joey’s deck to hard counter him, sprayed bug spray to a kid in the manga, and torn apart a card pretending Yugi’s soul is inside it.

Due to how lecherous he act towards Tea in Season 4, I think he will be fine with this.
He especially likes turning tbe opponent’s monsters into Insects and depriving them of their resources, things Delirium is known for.
I think this Artwork and the Cards that it can retrieve from the GY confirms the Lore of this Deck a bit.
Delirium Monsters actually kidnap/convince little girls to then turn them into Insects.
This card is really good. No requirement to activate and lets you mill and add back any Delirium and two of their backrow core which compensates for their lack of draw power right now.
Of course this also means once Delirium introduces new backrow, those cards won’t be supported by this card. And the Chaos Ninsects once introduced into the format won’t be added back at all since they’re not LIGHT making it a bit harder to combine both themes together.
Also the artwork is kinda creepy. Papillon just abducts little human girls (one of whom becomes Larva) to join the archetype. There’s an unknown child here that may eventually be revealed into the theme too but it is definitely more creepy now.
A mill 2 with not a single drawback, not even a small LP cost. They’re really trying to make Delirium the big archetype of this set considering how little Red-Eyes they’ve revealed so far.
Makes sense with Red-Eyes being a complete deck beforehand but you’d think they’d want the nostalgia bucks
I guess since Red-Eyes is already a popular and well-known Deck, it doesn’t need to be advertised much. Especially when compared to its competition: an unplayable/bad Dinosaur Deck and a Waifu Insect Deck that is just taking its first steps.
– Dinosaur Deck is missing 7 cards yet to be revealed: 1 is a Fusion Monster, 1 is a Spell Card and 1 is a Trap Card. The thing is that the rest of the cards could be reprints.
– Delirium Deck is missing between 5-6 cards yet to be revealed. It is the Deck that will have the least reprints (two Monsters at least), so the rest of the cards in this Deck are new.
– Red-Eyes is the Deck that has the most unrevealed cards. However, it is also the Deck that could see a good amount of reprints, especially if they are going for the whole Deck thing with this Pack.
