One of the more random good good stuff reprints for the Structure Deck.
Presumably it’s included for the purposes of offsetting the Tribute Summon costs of the Ancient Gear Monsters.

For what it’s worth, this card has not been reprinted in the Official Card Game (the Asian version of the game) since Structure Deck -Shugoshin no Toride- (Fortress of the Protector Deity), the Japanese version of Invincible Fortress. Which was released on December 8th, 2005. So it’s a card that’s sort of needed the reprint to put it back in circulation.
