For what it's worth, this card has not been reprinted in the Official Card Game (the Asian version of the game) since Structure Deck -Shugoshin no Toride- (Fortress of the Protector Deity), the Japanese version of Invincible Fortress. Which was released on December 8th, 2005. So it's a card that's sort of needed the reprint to put it back in circulation.
