Man I hope this means the pack after Alliance Insight has DDD as the main support.
All but confirms new Reiji support in the future, maybe in ALIN. (Though personally I want him to be the cover for the next ARC-V set.)

The Pend effects are awful though and the scales mean nothing since we already have much better ones.
The monster effects are really good though.
bad Pend effect like why help the opponent? yes you get rid of 2 but you just make the 3rd more powerful
narrowing down their mon lineup from 3 to 1 is definitely better for you than them given DDD has tons of single target removal.
its still a bad effect though since it requires 3 monsters of the same type or attribute and thats not common enough to be useful nevermind getting it to resolve after investment.
It’s only stat boosting. You can’t think of a single way to get rid of one bloated monster on the field outside of battle?
And the other one grants full 8 levels of pendulum summon access no matter who’s in the other pendulum zone.

There are 3 Surveyor monsters left to be released. After that it’s only backrow cards from his deck left. Betting at least 1 of the Surveyors ends up a subscription promo next year.
I hope when they finally release the Mirror Imagine monsters they make them Illusion type.

Ok so I can remove stuff off my opponents board who share the same type or attribute and gain their power that’s kind cool
not exactly how that works you pick 3 your opponent has then you tribute 2 and the 3rd gets the boost so say you picked 3 Blue-Eyes you would get rid of 2 but then you’d face 1 with a stat of 9000/7500 so not even that good unless you can easily get rid of it
this D/D/D support is crazy, but I’m not sur it’s enough to be meta relevant. gotta work on somes new combos tought

Reading the pendulum effect I expected the xenomorph one to be totally ass meme card but it turned out to be very good

Scale Surveyor grants you access to 8 levels of Pendulum summon no matter who’s in the other pendulum zone.
I was looking forward to seeing how they would translate Count Surveyor’s incredibly wacky effect into reality. I’m a little disappointed, as this version is stronger in some ways and weaker in others, but I’m leaning on weaker. The card may still see play though, that Special Summon and search effect has to be good right?
Scale Surveyor’s pendulum effect is straight up worse, and I’m really not sure this one is that great anyways.
