Someone’s likely getting a rename or rules text.
INFO-EN053 Millennium Ankh
Normal Spell Card
Show 5 “Forbidden One” Monster Cards from your hand, Deck, and/or face-up field, then Special Summon 1 “The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate” from your Extra Deck, then shuffle the face-up Monster Cards you control into the Deck, except “Exodia” Monster Cards whose original Levels are 10 or higher, and “Millennium” Monster Cards, also you cannot Summon for the rest of this turn. After activation, shuffle this card into the Deck instead of sending it to the GY.

Ah they named Ankh
Looks like Sengenjin is gonna have “(This card is always treated as a “Millennium” monster)” under its flavor text
But it does contain THE UNSTOPPABLE EXODIA!
Duel Monsters reboot first duel now:
-Summon your next pathetic Extra Deck monster Yugi, so we can finish this already…
-My grandpa’s Extra Deck doesn’t have pathetic cards Kaiba, but what it does have is… The Unstopable Exodia! Yes, I’ve gathered… I mean, I’ve just drawn Millennium Ankh, so I can cheat him now.
-That’s impossible! No one has ever drawn that card!
-Wrong, Kaiba, don’t make excuses up. You are still playing Blue-Eyes in this day and age. You should’ve done something about that.
*Kaiba* proceeds to upgrade Blue-Eyes (in 3 months time) by fusing it with a monster already “stronger than Exodia”…
“Show” and not “Reveal” seems kinda odd phrasing to me, has this been done before?
In theory, so that even if your hand is revealed, it would work, unlike other cards (like BA Alternative)
You can’t reveal cards that are already face-up on the field.
So, this effects Millennium Shield and Millennium Golem, which are actually Sennen cards, but no Millennium cards. They either need to be explicitely excluded or require an erratum.
No, this is just the TCG consolidating all Millennium and Sennen cards under Millennium which is a non-issue in English, tbh.
The original card text does mention Sennen cards, so nothing needs to be excluded. The TCG simply treat them the same as Millennium cards.
The only one left out with this text is Sengenjin, whose original name is Sennen Genjin, so that’s where the rename/errata goes.
Wasnt this card already shown?
Yes, but it reveals TCG naming decisions.
This is for the TCG release.
what happen with the showed cards?
They go back to original location
So we have an Ankh, but no Unkhle?
How far we’ve come from the days of Monster Reborn being redrawn to avoid the ankh
Now give us ankuriboh
Too bad Exodia pieces are limit 1’s, can anyone put cards that are limit 1’s together?
