Yuga and co. are forced to transfer to Goha Sixth. Since he is no longer the student council president of Goha Seventh, Gakuto has been suffering from a disease known as “Student Council Deficiency Disease.” In order to return to Goha Seventh’s student council, Gakuto decides to Duel against the Machine Cavalry Duel Club.
