When an opponent’s monster declares an attack: You can banish 1 “Morganite” Spell from your GY; negate that attack. You can only use each of the following effects of “Morgana the Witch of Eyes” once per turn. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 “Morganite” Spell from your Deck to your hand. If you have 3 or more “Morganite” Spells with different names in your GY and/or banishment: You can make the ATK of all face-up monsters your opponent controls to 0.

I meannnnnnnn, the Morganite series is pretty generic, and honestly, this latest wave of cards has some pretty good effects.
And so, it’s not surprising to assume that many archetypes can hold their own quite well with these cards, running the risk of competing with new products.
Something the banlist usually likes to keep under control. But who knows, like I said: maybe I’m wrong, and I hope so
i summon (insert vanity style monster) without tribute.
i honestly like this…..it makes alot of the older decks a bit more consistent and faster

there are ALOT of decks that would be much more efficiant if poeple could get thier big bodies out without commiting to tributes….the only two decks that i can think of that would not have any use for this card are Monarchs,because thier effects only trigger when tribute summoned specifically…and the Egyptian god cards,because they require 3 tributes listed as a condition
the only REAL threat i see to it causeing problems for the game would be poeple using it with Vanity’s ruler…in which case i think Ruler will be the one that gets banned because of this,and not Guilt gripping.
Spell Economics must be devastated.

Don’t need to pay LP to use spells & traps huh… That sounds neat, I wonder what cool options are out there that can be taken advantage with it. Looking forever to seeing what players will find!
I mean, most stun cards, the solemn cards and some in-archetype special from deck spells have a heavy LP toll. This basically turns it off. Normalling high level monsters without a tribute is also busted in a lot of ways, especailly for some XYZ strats. The card is just nuts.

so with the new morganite cards you could just flat out create a horrible stun deck using 3 spell canceler, 3 krista, 3 vanity ruler, 3 majesty fiend, 3 jinzo, 3 Morgana the Witch of Eyes, 3 summoner monk, 3 of each of the morganite cards.
Yep, and ontop of it no LP tax for various stun and search cards. This is beyond broken.

Ok they dropped the theme of Morgana granting 2x action opening up endless possibilities. Apply Super Expert Rules for the rest of the duel? Union attack for the rest of the duel? Astral Barrier for the rest of the duel?

Why is there an entire list of upcoming OCG/TCG cards in Master Duel? They shouldn’t be coming out soon, right?
this is going to make Vanity monsters and high leveled spirit monsters incredibly viable
imagine being able to summon vanity’s ruler on your first turn with only that spell card.
or being able to summon monsters like dark dust spirit or Huanglong every turn and board wiping your oponent;s front or back row.
how about hino-kagu tsuchi to rip your opponent’s hand OR yamata dragon to replenish yours.
in addtion its another way for Starry knights to drop Stary dragon,and gives them a reason to play high level faries.
and it makes Gate gaurdian even more consistant cause now youl be able to summon one of the pieces without tributing.
not to mention it helps decks like DM blue eyes and red eyes.
