Level 8 WATER Cyberse Synchro Effect Monster
ATK 2900
DEF 2500
Materials: 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters
You can only use the (1)st and (2)nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) If this card is Synchro Summoned, or sent to the GY: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls or 1 monster in your GY; discard 1 card, and if you do, place that target face-up in its owner’s Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Trap.
(2) During either player’s turn, while this card is treated as a Continuous Trap: You can Special Summon 1 face-up Monster Card from your Spell & Trap Zone.

The monster design reminds of Megaman Battle Network
True, I almost believed I saw Rockman.EXE there … Hope they can continue this trend of adapting other famous Anime/Game Characters … (Personally, I like Zero from Megaman X series and Forte.EXE best!)
Despite being a Cyberse monster, it seems like it would be good in a Snake-Eyes/Diabellstar deck.
True but what monsters would you use to summon it?
Jet + Diabellstar ofc
Exactly. You can now steal an opponent’s monster going 1st as well.
Free agent Centurion support?
Centurion & low-key Diabellestar/Snake-Eye support if you use Jet Synchron.
I may use this in my cyberse deck with ultimate slayer. I may replace Pegasus with this but the discard effect is making me think twice.
I want to think this is Centurion support. But also, I cannot think of any situation where this card would be relevant, or better than going into any other level 12 or 8 Synchro.
Tbh it has so many applications you can’t even imagine, and it might make worth playing a little Snake Eye engine. I just hope Calamity to get banned so that players start exploring more options.
I still don’t see it being played in Centurion tbh. It’s an awful turn 1 play, as it requires you to go neg-1 again, on top of already going neg-1 for every Centurion play. This is offset by Legatia’s draw, which you won’t get from this card. It’s just not good in Centurion. There is not a single line of play that involves this card, which is more optimal than what already exists for Centurion.
When you have a kinda rare effect that some archtype already have playstyle around it but you’re not in that same archtype. Very weird decision to make it as standalone card tbh
Vortex the Whirlwind for Blackwing
Def centurion Support. After all, is there any decks that treats monsters as Con-Traps when placed in S/T Zones? I know CB treats them as Con-Spell, not Con-Traps.

Wake up babe. A new Dogmatika target just dropped
While this card is designed for Centurion and Synchro builds of Crystal Beast and Snake-Eye, I cannot see any reason for including this card into any of them. All 3 archetypes have ample means of placing their own Monster Cards (and occasionally the opponent’s) face up in the Spell and Trap Zone, and Special Summoning their own Monster Cards from that same Zone on quick effect speed. There are much more practical Dogmatika or Ultimate Slayer targets. The discard (and free agent status excluding this card from archetypal support) makes this card even less valuable. Perhaps there are combo lines I am not seeing, but overall much more useful Synchro, placement, and removal options.
What some people are missing is that this card treats the monsters it puts in the S&T Zone as Continuous TRAPS, and Snake-Eye only summons monsters treated as Continuous SPELLS. So the Jet Synchron + Diabellestarr combo that is being theorized will not work as they intend it to in a Snake-Eye deck.
Will they make effects that make Spells/Traps become placed to the Monster Zones?
