      refrain reqs that your opponent controls the monster with 2100+ atk, still a pretty great card

        Yeah, I had been wondering if that were an error or not.
        If so the card replicates the beginning of Romin’s second turn in Episode 3, with the 2100 ATK monster in questioning being Yuga’s SRM who destroyed her Ansler the turn before, and this card summoning the Guitarna from hand and activating her effect.
