      This is… an acceptable reason to play these old non-effect fusions? Recovers your materials and gives you free body in the process, pretty neat.

        We already play the old fusions in rush as other cards give us reason to do so such as equips making them towers and our fusion spell becoming a pop if we summon NE fusions

        You always played non-effect fusions in Red-eyes due to the spell giving removal and the support cards being mainly focused around the non-effects

        The effect monsters are still good but more finishers/tech choices

        Maybe there’s hope for the OCG to not just bundle Red-eyes with a bunch of anti-synergy Joey cards for once if even Rush can reference GX

        @Naransolongo_BB. Seeing as GO RUSH is the GX of Rush’s Animes and there’s an increase in support or new Decks focused on the GX Era, I wouldn’t be surprised if they took inspiration from Atticus/Fubuki for some of the new cards.

        The only weird thing with GO RUSH is that its focus has been Fusion Summon (as a GX), but now we’re going to have Ritual Summon (which may only be used by a single Arc)

        do not forget Alexis/Asuka (lol the sister of that Atticus dude again) used Rituals in the anime. “Cyber Angels”

      I like how the artwork is inspired by Red-Eyes’s alt artwork in this set, and how it is named after a planet like Meteor Black Mars Dragon.
      Has to be activated on the turn it is Normal Summoned unfortunately and this is a 2-Tribute, but shuffling materials back into the Deck for a Fusion Summon is really good.

      Yes, we’re definitely going to have some cards revealed for Red-Eyes at Jump Festa 2025.

      It’s no surprise that they’ve been holding back the new Red-Eyes cards until now and there are precedents where Rush’s Decks inspired by OCG/TCG Decks receive support in an Event involving Master Duels.
