In a fairly logical fashion, Kappa and High Tech Dragon cards from the first arc are in Requiem of Destruction!

*TL note: While this card’s name is likely based on the fact that the word “kappa” contains the kanji for “river”, the katakana could also be read as “Reverse Rider” or even “Rebirth Rider”. At this point, it’s unclear whether there are multiple puns involved here.
