[TCG] 2017 Judge Travel Assist Mat

For Judges who travel at high-expense to an event

As is the norm the past few years, there is a 2nd judge mat, this one specifically for those Judges who spend an undisclosed but reasonably large amount on travel, to help offset their costs.
