Two weeks ago, the device used to provide security to our Twitter account broke permanently, with no way to regain access to the phone number attached.
The same day that device broke, Twitter suspended our account, and requested additional security checking for our attempts to log into our Twitter account.
From that day forth, it would not allow us to log into that account without providing a code sent to that inaccessible phone number via SMS.
For those two weeks, I (and others) have contacted Twitter to resolve both the suspension and the inaccessibility problem.
We have received no meaningful response.
I am patient when appropriate. It is no longer appropriate to be patient, so I am now impatient.
We must now make a new account.
