Some of the changes in Japan (This doesn’t apply to Konami of Asia territories nor the TCG!)
Standard Duels (the ones that count for getting to Regionals, Qualifiers and Worlds) are the only ones that have rankings. Only Japanese cards can be used.
No Limit Duels allow store owners to create their own in-house Forbidden & Limited Lists. Any card can be used for them as long as it has been released in Japanese.
Extra Deck Cards can have different sleeves from the Main Deck.
Cards can have whatever sleeves you want, as long as those sleeves allow all text to be read.
