It’s rather peculiar in how things are being managed compared to the TCG’s handling of these events. Starting with you need to buy a mat and sleeves to participate.

1.Tournament Rules
A.Tournament Rules
• The Tournament Rules are based on the “New Master Rule” rule set.
• Victory of a Match in the tournament is decided by winning a single Duel.
• Duels may end in a draw at this tournament.
B. Regarding Decks
You can only use one Deck during the tournament.
You cannot use a Side Deck.
C. Time Limits
For this tournament, the limit for a Duel shall be 25 Minutes.
We have the smooth progression of Duels in mind. “Penalties” are to be applied to anyone who intentionally tries to draw out a Duel. Whether deliberate or not, if you over-think your plays or make excessively unnecessary moves, or any such case where tournament event time is deemed to be wasted, Judges will give penalties starting with “Attention”.
If you feel the opponent is dragging a game out, call a Judge. Depending on the tournament format, the following will happen when a Win Condition hasn’t been satisifed.
Swiss Style Format
【First Decision】 If a Duel goes over the time limit, the result of the Duel is treated as a Draw.
Duels can end in a Draw (However, it counts as a Loss to both players)
【Second Decision】 When a Duel goes over the time limit, follow the steps below to decide a Duel’s conclusion.
If neither player has won or loss at the end of the end of the time limit, the Duel is considred a “Draw” (and thus it counts as a Loss to both players)
Top Cut Tournament System
【First Decision】 If a Duel goes over the time limit, the result of the Duel is treated as a Draw.
Duels can end in a Draw (However, it counts as a Loss to both players)
【Second Decision】 When a Duel goes over the time limit, follow the steps below to decide a Duel’s conclusion.
• Continue until the end of the turn.
• If victory or defeat is not decided by the end of that turn, enter an “Extra Turn”.
• Extra Turn → One turn counted from the opponent’s turn.
• If you win or lose a Duel in one turn, the Duel ends as normal. If victory isn’t decided, the player with the higher LP at the end of the Extra Turn wins the Duel.
• If both players’ LP is the same at the end of the Extra Turn, proceed to Sudden Death.
• With regards to Extra Turn: Even if LP is greater or less at the end of the time limit, continue until the end of that turn. If victory has not be decided by the end of that turn, proceed to an Extra Turn.
• With regards to Sudden Death: Judge at the end of the turn whether LP has changed. The player whose LP is higher wins the Duel, if both player’s LP remains the same, proceed to the next turn, ad infinitum, until a win condition is established.
• Even if you pay LP, that is considered a modification of LP
