Basically prizes and the basis of the event.
It seems in honor of the new Monarch Structure, on September 19th and 20th, players in Japan can attend Yu-Gi-Oh! Day. And the event is based around “No Extra Decks”. However, Pendulum Decks are allowed (as in Pendulums being placed in the Extra is A-Okay.)
The top 4 participants and 4 random participants can get a special Card Stock Case based around Burning Abyss.
The event is Single Duel Swiss.
