Seems, well intresting. kinda falls under the boardbreaker unbrella but probally has some sort of use as a combo tool
Probably useful in some Hamon or True Draco deck, and similar underused things.

Useful to take away monsters your opp controls and don’t sent to GY or banish, instead it remains on field using a s/t zone where it does nothing…
Eye of Sauron?
Since it says 1 face-up monster on the field, it could work in Crystal Beasts decks to get them into your spell/trap zone, since they are treated as a Continuous Spell.
