Lightning Shift
This Skill can be used in a Deck in which all monsters with 1400 or more ATK are Spellcaster or Winged Beast Type.
[REQUIREMENT] During the turn you Normal Summoned a Level 7 or higher monster.
[EFFECT] Change the Attribute of 1 face-up monster on your opponent’s field to LIGHT Attribute until the end of this turn. Then, if you have a face-up “Lightning Voltcondor” on your field, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT Attribute Winged Beast Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand.
Dragonic Resonance
This Skill can be used in a Deck in which all monsters are Dragon Type.
[REQUIREMENT] You have a face-up EARTH Attribute Effect Monster with 1500 or more ATK, or 1300 or more DEF, on your field.
[EFFECT] Increase the Levels of up to 2 face-up monsters on your field with 2300 or less ATK by 4, and if you do, they gain 500 ATK.

I had no idea their english VAs are that hard to listen to >~< And I hope paying for a third copy of the structure deck isn't the only way to get three Mystic Dealers. But still, excited!
