A new Forbidden & Limited List has been announced for Master Duel. The new list will take effect on November 7th (time zones applying):

I’m sure there was a better thing to bundle the Chimera stuff in a pack with than Lair of Darkness.
It’s not like there’s any real overlap there besides being Fiends to use with the fusion spell but there’s like a lot other fiend decks, or beasts even.
Also oh ok we’re bringing back the Dark World handloop, sure, yeah, makes sense, everyone was asking for that. You ask anyone on the internet and the FIRST thing they say is “Master Duel is alright but it would really benefit from having another hyper consistent FTK available in a best of 1 format”

Is there a reason the TCG doesn’t have Gigarays already? The card’s now unlimited in the OCG.
