Note: This card’s name is a play on the title of the first episode Mai Duels in in the original Yu-Gi-Oh!, 華麗なるハーピィ・レディ (The Elegant Harpie Lady). Also, I dunno how relevant this is, but 麗鳥 is also the term for a Cretaceous era bird called the Bellulornis, discovered in China. 火鳥 also basically means Firebird, i.e. Phoenix, which leads to all the Fenghuang (i.e. Chinese Phoenix) imagery of this card.
